Refund and Return Policy

At Aroma Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality fragrance products and an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that fragrance is a highly personal experience, and therefore we have established the following clear and fair return policy.
1. Policy Overview and Return Processing Time
You can request the return of eligible unused items within 14 days of receipt. All return requests must be initiated within this period.
For defective or damaged items, please refer to Section 4, “Defective or Damaged Items,” below.
Due to the hygienic and safety characteristics of fragrance products, this policy has specific limitations.
2. Return Conditions and Limitations
To ensure that all products received by our customers are in brand new and hygienic condition, please ensure that returned items meet the following strict conditions:
Product Condition: The item must be in brand new, unused condition. For candles, the wax surface must be intact, without any burn marks, fingerprints, or scratches. For liquid products such as perfumes and essential oils, the seal must be intact and unbroken.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned to their original packaging (including outer box, inner lining, any protective film or seal strip), and the packaging must be free from crushing, damage, or stains.
All Parts: All accompanying parts, caps, instructions, etc., must be returned.
Non-Returnable Items (Unless there is a manufacturing defect): All opened, used, or products with broken original seals (including but not limited to: used perfumes, unscrewed essential oil bottles, lit candles).
Personalized or clearance/special offer items (clearly marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase).
Opened trial packs or samples.
3. Standard Return Process (Applicable to Unopened Products)
Please follow these steps to complete the return:
Contact Us: Within 14 days, send an email to Sergey@aromawellness.store with your order number and reason for return.
Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request. If eligible, we will send you a return authorization code, a detailed return address, and instructions via email. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Returning the item: Please pack the item in its original condition and include the note containing the return authorization code. You will need to prepay shipping costs and send it via a trackable shipping service. We strongly recommend that you keep your tracking number.
Refund Processing: We will process your refund within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment platform may require an additional 5-10 business days to process the transaction.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (e.g., a broken candle container, a leaking perfume bottle, a malfunctioning diffuser) or damaged in transit:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at Sergey@aromawellness.store and provide clear photographic or video evidence.
Once confirmed, we will provide you with the most convenient solution: a free replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
5. Refund Details
Refund Amount: We will refund the purchase price of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong item, sending a defective product).
Return Shipping Costs: For returns not due to quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will not be deducted from the refund but must be paid to the carrier by you.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require different items, please return the item and place a new order.
